I'm Rebekah Hogan
Entrepreneur, founder, host, mentor, creator, and someone who is endlessly curious about what helps us create lives that feel as good as they look.
Today, I help people create richer, more meaningful, and connected lives through the conversations we have, the relationships we nurture, the experiences we share, and the meaning we create. That intention runs through everything I do.
I LOVE helping you not only embrace what is possible, but see how to make it your reality.
Experience has been one of my greatest teachers
I spent the first part of my career in a male-dominated industry, working in our family business and eventually acquiring the company in 2006.
I later stepped into executive leadership with a large distribution company, where I led teams and initiatives across operations, accounting, marketing, technology, purchasing, warehousing, and information systems.
Those years gave me a deep understanding of business, leadership, communication, decision-making, and what it actually takes to create results in the real world.
I had “everything”… and it still didn’t feel like enough.
During that first half of my adult life, I spent it earning, proving, and seeking validation. By all outward appearances, I was “living the life,” but the truth was that I had ‘everything’ and it still didn’t feel like enough.
I was addicted to working to prove my worth, which meant I rarely gave myself the space to truly enjoy the life I had created. I couldn’t tell anyone how unhappy I was because I was ashamed to admit it. I had what dreams were made of. How ungrateful would I be if I didn’t love my life?
Eventually, I realized I had spent years trying to be what I thought everyone needed or wanted me to be. Most days, I barely recognized myself.
That feeling led to a midlife crisis turned awakening.
Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I began asking different questions. What if nothing was actually missing? What if my life had always been enough? What if I didn’t need another achievement before I was allowed to feel grateful, fulfilled, peaceful or happy?
The more I shifted my perspective and began appreciating what was already here, the more everything started to change. Then something else happened: I became fascinated by the fact that many of the things I had intuitively taken myself through could be understood through science.
That fascination changed the direction of my life.
Curiosity turned into study. Study turned into practice. Practice changed my life.
I began going deeper into human behavior, communication, subconscious change, neuroscience, energy, perception, and the ways our internal world influences how we experience our external one.
I didn’t simply want to know the information. I wanted to use it, understand what actually created change, and see what happened when I implemented it consistently.
The more I implemented what I was learning, the more my life changed—not just what I had, but how it felt to be me.
Today, the things I value most aren’t achievements. They’re self-love, peace, freedom, fulfillment, joy, connection and impact.
I felt an enormous sense of gratitude—and responsibility—for what this knowledge had given me. That is a huge part of why I do this work today.

The tools behind the work
My work brings together different disciplines because human beings aren’t one-dimensional.
I’m trained as an NLP Master Practitioner & Coach, Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Havening Practitioner, Level 3 Huna Practitioner, and Talent Optimization Specialist. I also draw from years of work in communication, leadership, human behavior, subconscious change, energy, and intentional practice.
I’m interested in the places where these disciplines overlap, because sometimes one tool helps us understand something, another helps us experience it differently, and another helps us integrate it.
woo? who? Not me...
Years ago, I was on a Zoom call with a peer and casually said something along the lines of, “I’m really not that woo.” She literally stood up and walked away from the camera.
Apparently, she disagreed.
I still laugh about it, because I don’t experience most of what I talk about as particularly “woo.” I love science. I love structure. I love understanding why something works, and I also recognize that human beings have experiences long before we necessarily have the language or research to explain all of them.
That’s where I think a little magic gets to live.
To me, magic is possibility—the moment something feels almost impossible until we understand more. Again and again, I’ve found science underneath things that once sounded mystical: our nervous system, subconscious processing, attention, perception, emotional conditioning, brainwave states, intuition and the incredible ways our minds and bodies communicate.
So I’m perfectly comfortable living somewhere in the middle: science, structure, energy, intuition and spirituality. I don’t believe we have to abandon one to honor another.
My work is about helping people understand themselves, make more intentional choices, and take greater ownership of the way they experience their lives while still honoring whatever belief system feels authentic to them.
And yes… sometimes life starts feeling a little magical.
Who is rebekah when no-one is looking?
a creator
I love making things, and I really love making things better—businesses, spaces, experiences, food, ideas, conversations.
When I finally accepted that “work” probably shouldn’t count as my hobby, I found some real ones. I love pottery and cooking, and both are pretty perfect metaphors for life. Hang around me long enough and I’ll tell you why.
bi-lingual
English and profanity.
Or as my dad says: I don’t curse. I speak fluent trucker with a sailor dialect and a construction accent.
The F-word remains one of my favorites. It’s wildly versatile—a noun, verb, adjective, adverb—although admittedly, I probably favor the adjective.
not too serious
I can have a very deep conversation about consciousness, human behavior or the meaning of life and five minutes later be crying laughing over a ridiculous meme, a cute animal video, or humor I apparently should have outgrown decades ago.
I have no plans to fix that.
There’s more to the story...
This page tells you a little about who I am. My Obsession tells you more about how I think, the questions I’ve spent years exploring, and what all of that eventually led me to believe about the conversations shaping our lives.
clients Creating Abundant success!
After three months of doing the deep work to Master Her Energy and Claim Her Inner Voice, not only had Christina achieved the success she had set out to but she was equipped to make amazing happen!
The work trickles to all areas of your life.
Christina is a planner. She normally has very strategic, linear plans for success, with very specific timelines. She had a plan to buy a truck and trailer for her family to travel and the goal was in six months. When life through her a curve ball (as it will) she did not go into old patterns of fear, instead she leaned in and realized that the curve ball was the opportunity to quantum leap her plans.
Instead of spiraling in the fear, she decided to lean in and reach her goals now!!! So she bought the f*ing trailer five months ahead of schedule!!!
She has such a profound knowledge of how our brain works and how that affects our mentality, our mindset, and how that trickles down to our business. This retreat was a blend of these very profound teachings along with some very practical exercises we did to get in touch with who we really want to be in our businesses and what that will look like to achieve our goals.
It has been such an inspiration and such a learning experience…"
In Daniel's words: "It was through one of our sessions I was able to see my true potential and made a life altering decision to change careers."
Daniel had created a plan to make this transition in 6-8 months. After getting so clear on what he wanted and aligning his energy, he quantum leaped his timeline and made the transition in less than a month!
THIS is what happens when you have clarity and claim your inner voice!!!
