Ever been in a room where the vibe changes the moment someone walks in? You know that moment when a high-energy presence lights up the space—or when a heavy, negative energy drags everything down. That’s exactly what I’m talking about.
Our Energy Is Magnetic
We’re all electromagnetic beings—our thoughts send out little energy waves that ripple through the world. Here’s something wild: the average person has around 70,000-80,000 thoughts a day, and about 80% of them lean toward the negative. Imagine carrying around a battery that’s nearly always low! That negative energy doesn’t just affect you; it influences everyone you interact with.
Our Thoughts and the Self-Fulfilling Prophecy
But it goes even deeper. Our thoughts don’t just color our energy and interactions—they create a feedback loop with our reality. The energy we emit acts like a magnet, attracting exactly what our mind expects to find. Whether it’s good or bad, our inner voice sets the stage for what we experience. This is why we HAVE to claim our inner voice—to master our energy and, ultimately, the outcomes in our lives. When you take charge of your thoughts, you’re not only choosing your vibe but also shaping the world around you.
Planning Your Vibe
Just like you plan your outfit the night before an important event, why not take a moment to plan the energy you’re bringing into a room? For me, getting ready isn’t only about picking clothes—it’s about setting the right internal vibe. I focus on radiating positivity and confidence instead of letting negativity weigh me down. Think of it as choosing your vibe like your favorite accessory.
Energy: The Ultimate Accessory
If your energy were an emoji, what would you be sending out today? Would it be a bright, optimistic smiley, or something more subdued? The energy you carry shapes not only how you feel but also how others perceive and interact with you. So, next time you’re stepping into a room, take a moment to choose your vibe as carefully as you choose your outfit.
Drop your emoji energy in the comments below—I’ll go first!

My emoji for my day and week so far… 😢. One minute my vibe is up, the next minute it’s in the gutter. I miss my mom, I feel very alone, and I feel I have no support. I’ve been doing a lot of tapping (EFT) just to calm my nervous system, and that helps a lot. And your posts always helps, too!
Sonja – Thank you for your vulnerability. You are not alone in this feeling. I am glad you have found some comfort in tapping and inspiration in this blog. Have you checked out the most recent blog? Perhaps there are some tools and perspectives that you might find helpful also.
Lots of love
xoxo
